Join us VIRTUALLY on April 8th at 6pm and learn how to recognize the warning signs of suicide and help save a life in this free 90-minute QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) training hosted by the New Lenox Safe Community Coalition and Sertoma Star Services.

Often called the “CPR of mental health,” this nationally recognized program teaches everyday people how to identify someone in crisis and guide them to the help they need.
What Attendees Will Learn:
* How to recognize common warning signs and risk factors for suicide
* How to use the three-step QPR method to talk with and support someone in crisis
* How to connect individuals to professional help and local support resources
